Feature Request: In-App Notifications for Ticket Updates

Hello Finch Support Team,

I've been using Finch for a few months now and I'm really enjoying the experience. However, there's a feature that I think would greatly enhance the user experience and the overall efficiency of the platform.

Currently, updates on support tickets are sent to my registered email. While this is useful, it would be even more convenient if I could also receive these updates as in-app notifications. This way, I wouldn't need to check my email each time I want to see if there's an update on my ticket. An in-app notification would give me real-time updates right within the Finch platform.

I believe this feature would be beneficial not only for me but for all users who want to track their support tickets more conveniently. I hope you'll consider this feature!
